Weapon and Armor Proficiency:
A fighter is proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with all armor (heavy, medium, and light) and shields.

Bonus Feats:
At 1st level, a fighter gets a bonus combat-oriented feat in addition to the feat that any 1st-level character gets and the bonus feat granted to a human character. The fighter gains an additional bonus feat at 2nd level and every two fighter levels thereafter. These bonus feats must be Combat feats. A fighter must still meet all prerequisites for a bonus feat.

These bonus feats are in addition to the feat that a character of any class gets from advancing levels. A fighter is not limited to the Combat feats when choosing these feats.

Focus Bond (Ex):
Fighters can focus their skill within themselves. By focusing on a body part for 30 minutes, a fighter can create a Focus Bond. At first level, they can use the Hands and Feet bonds; as they gain levels, they gain access to stronger bonds.

There are 11 parts of the body where the fighter can create a focus bond. The 11 bonds, their required level and their effects when invested are as follows:

Hands (level 1): +1 to damage rolls.
Feet (level 1): +1 dodge bonus to AC.
Eyes (level 3): +2 to Perception
Legs (level 5): +2 to Parkour
Chest (level 7): +1 to all saving throws (does not apply to AC).
Brain (level 9): Spell Resistance 6+Con
Heart (level 11): Can heal 1 hit point as a standard action.
Arms (level 13): +2 to attack rolls.
Throat (level 15): +4 to Intimidate.
Waist (level 17): +5 feet to base land speed.
Soul (level 19): +1 bonus to all ability scores.

At level 1, a fighter can only have one focus bond at a time; creating a second removes the first. At level 11, the fighter gains the ability to support a second focus bond; creating a third breaks removes an existing bond of the fighters choice.

Careful Strike (Ex):
Fighters can make their attacks carefully. Starting at level 10, the fighter no longer automatically miss attack rolls on a natural 1. Instead, a natural 1 imposes a -5 penalty on the attack roll.
